Privacy Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026
Nailora needs a photo of your hand and a description of the manicure you want. This page explains what happens to both, what we keep, and how to make us delete it.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Nailora app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro, and to this website. It describes the information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have.
Using Nailora means this policy applies to you. If you disagree with it, please stop using the app and write to us at support@nailora.app.
What we collect
Design prompts and the designs generated from them. Hand photos you upload for try-on. An email address, if you create an account. Subscription status and receipts from Apple. Basic diagnostic data such as crash reports, device model and app version.
We do not collect your contacts, your location or your photo library. Nailora only ever sees the individual photos you pick.
Your hand photos
A hand photo is used for one thing: rendering your chosen designs onto your own nails. It is not used to identify you, it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.
You can delete a hand photo in the app at any time, which removes it from our systems. Deleting your account removes all of them.
How designs are generated
Designs and try-on renders are produced by AI models. Your prompt, and for try-on your hand photo, are sent to the providers that run those models so the result can come back to you.
Those providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content to train their own models.
Payments and subscriptions
Nailora Pro and wallet top-ups are billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card number. Apple tells us only whether a subscription is active and which plan it is.
Apple's own privacy policy governs the payment itself.
How long we keep things, and your rights
Designs, hand photos and account details are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete the account. Diagnostic data is kept in aggregate form that cannot be traced back to you.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete all of it. Write to support@nailora.app and we will action the request.
Children
Nailora is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact support@nailora.app and we will remove it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
Questions, requests and complaints all go to support@nailora.app.
